Carers strive to preserve and foster the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and sympathetic atmosphere while being responsive to residents ever changing needs. Such needs may be medical, therapeutic, cultural, psychological, emotional or social. Residents are encouraged to participate in the development of their own individual care plans. Wherever appropriate, the involvement of family and friends is also encouraged and greatly appreciated.

All staff are appropriately trained and qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous staff training program is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in care practices.

All bedrooms are individually furnished and beautifully decorated to the highest standards and all fitted with call bells. Residents are welcome to bring any personal belongings and ornaments as desired to give their own personal touch.

Fresh homemade food is prepared daily. Although there is a set menu, residents can request an alternative. There is always a choice of dishes at every mealtime to suit your tastes and special dietary needs.
